Optimization of electro-fluid dynamic processes for the realization of Eudragit-based devices for drug controlled release
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
It is proposed the design and optimization of polymeric carriers with core/shell architecture via electro-fluid dynamic processes (i.e, electrodynamic atomization) for a controlled release of co-crystalline forms, supplied by the Industrial partner (Dompè Pharmaceutics). IPCB-CNR has the role to evaluate the feasibility and scalability of electro-fluid dynamic processes for the optimization of controlled release systems with different morphological and structural properties for a potential industrial development of the final product.
